Yesle Yi is a Partner at Washingtonian Law, where she is a leader in the real estate finance industry, having represented lenders to prepare their loan documents, investors, consumers, and trustees in real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges for sellers, and other disputes that arise within transactions. Her practice includes the acquisition and sale of real estate – commercial and residential, leasing, representing consumers in short sales and debt collection while often clearing title, representing lenders in financing transactions, and handling probate. Many of her clientele include entities and individuals who have domestic and foreign assets.
Yesle’s capacity to fully communicate with clients and other parties in both Korean and English is an asset to many of her clients who have cultural and language barriers. She is very actively involved in her church community and lives with her family in Maryland.
