As a real estate attorney, Sarah’s journey in the real estate industry began about 12 years ago when Sarah started her own real estate specialized law firm with two partners in Georgetown. Since then, as a real estate attorney and CEO of International Title & Escrow, Sarah has helped more than thousands of individuals and families achieve their real estate goals across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
With her extensive experience in commercial real estate investment, leasing, and management, Sarah has dealt with various foreign investors from South Korea, China and other countries. Sarah is also a CCIM and provides investors with assistance in maximizing their return on investment, which includes real estate accounting, real estate taxation, and legal advice on lease, property management, entity formation, 1031 exchanges, FBAR, FATCA, and FIRPTA withholding matters.
